Taylor Martin has always been a serious competitor. As a former college track athlete, he set records. As a trial lawyer, he plays to win in the courtroom. He has handled all types of major litigation and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over the past decade. Before founding his own specialty law firm, Taylor was a litigation partner at Martin Snow, LLP.

Taylor Martin has served as an advocate in medical cases for his entire career. Starting out, he successfully defended cases for the healthcare system and large insurance companies. He learned their strategies. Now, he represents individuals—people who have suffered at the hands of the system.

A good lawyer knows the law. A better lawyer knows his client.

A detail-oriented approach to the law is important. Taylor Martin believes in that. He also believes in his client. That means listening to his client and understanding his client’s goals. That also means communicating with his client throughout the legal process toward trial, arbitration, or mediation.

Taylor Martin understands that a lawyer must be willing, ready, and able to take a case to trial before settling a case. Big law firms often try to settle a case without properly developing the case. Or, the client has very little contact with the lawyer. Exceptional legal work requires the lawyer (not the lawyer’s firm) to do the actual work.
